Terms & Conditions.
By booking or renting a vehicle from Mulki Bike Rentals (operated by Ctrl Alt Adventure LLP, in partnership with Motocruizer Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. / ONN Bikes), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You must hold a valid Indian driving licence permitting operation of a two-wheeled motor vehicle (Class MCWG or equivalent).
- You must be in good physical and mental health and not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance at the time of riding.

| Documents | Original DL or Govt. ID must be deposited at pickup. If no original ID is deposited, a refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required. |
| Fuel | 1 litre of fuel is provided at pickup. The vehicle must be returned at the same level. Any shortfall is charged at actuals. |
You agree NOT to:
- Use the vehicle for racing, stunts, off-roading, or any illegal activity.
- Use the vehicle commercially (sub-renting, courier, delivery, etc.).
- Carry more than one pillion passenger.
- Transport animals, hazardous materials, or oversized loads.
- Cross state borders without prior written authorisation and payment of applicable taxes/permits.
- Allow any third party to operate the vehicle.
Breach of any restriction voids all insurance cover and renders you solely liable for all consequences.

⚠ All vehicles must be returned on or before the agreed drop-off time. Late return is a breach of this Agreement.

| Vehicle damage | The rider pays full repair cost. Insurance applies only where damage exceeds ₹10,000. |
| Misconduct / Drunk riding | Booking cancelled, no refund, rider permanently blacklisted. |
| Punctures | Full repair cost borne by the rider. |
| Towing due to vehicle failure | No charge to the rider. |
| Towing due to rider negligence | Full towing and impound cost borne by the rider. |
- The rider is liable for vehicle damage up to ₹10,000.
- Where repair exceeds ₹10,000, third-party insurance (ONN Bikes) applies. Rider pays upfront; ONN Bikes reimburses after claim settlement.
- Insurance is VOID for: intoxicated riding · racing or stunts · unauthorised rider · Agreement breach · illegal activity.
Optional Travel Insurance (if opted at booking): Accidental death up to ₹2,00,000 | Third-party liability as per policy.
You acknowledge that riding a two-wheeled vehicle carries inherent risks including accident, injury, disability, or death. By booking with us, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with operating the rented vehicle, including personal injury, property damage, third-party liability, theft, and traffic penalties. You accept sole responsibility for compliance with the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and all applicable Indian road laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Mulki Bike Rentals, Ctrl Alt Adventure LLP, ONN Bikes, and their owners, managers, employees, and agents are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, fine, or expense arising from your use of the rented vehicle, including personal injury or death, property damage, traffic fines, theft, or losses caused by breakdown, road conditions, weather, or third parties.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mulki Bike Rentals, Ctrl Alt Adventure LLP, ONN Bikes, and their representatives against all claims, damages, fines, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the vehicle, any accident or damage you cause, or any misrepresentation made by you.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Disputes shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Mangaluru, Karnataka.
- Courts at Mangaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms continue in full force.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mulki Bike Rentals.
- We reserve the right to terminate a rental immediately and without refund upon breach of any term.
- We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at your booking date applies.
